Method of Sale
The land is offered for sale by Public Auction at 2.00 pm on Thursday 27th April in Crosby Ravensworth Village Hall.
The vendor and sole selling agents reserve the right to withdraw or exclude any of the property at any time.
The vendor reserves the right to alter any of the Terms and Conditions of Sale or to change the method of sale without notice. For this reason we recommend likely purchasers should register their interest with the agents as soon as possible in order that they may be kept informed of any changes to the marketing of the land.
A deposit of 10% of the purchase price will be payable to the vendor’s solicitors on the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer.
The land is offered for sale, freehold with vacant possession upon completion.
If the purchaser requires access to apply fertiliser prior to the completed date, arrangements can be made through the selling agents. Completion is to take place on 14th May 2017.
